Walton Raiders dispose of Pope Greyhounds in a sleeper LAX match

Walton JV Girls win LAX Tourney

The JV girls lacrosse team won the Trojan Invitational on Saturday. They beat Hillgrove, Kennesaw Mountain and Harrison to take home the trophy. Maggie Olesky was named MVP of the tournament. It was a fun day of lacrosse and the girls should be proud of the way they played.

The Southeastern Women’s Lacrosse Tournament will be held at Milton this weekend. Games will be played on Saturday at 9:00, 11:00, 3:30, and 5:30. Sunday will be the finals at 1:00. There will be teams participating from Auburn, Central Florida, Clemson, Florida, Florida St., Georgia, and others.
